rules and regulations:
1) this competition will be held on sunday, march 15, 9pm onwards
2) game will be held at cassiopeia world, channel 12
3) participants are to wait at the place just after they had created their character in-game, 10 minutes before the official time
4) participants can only proceed to kill snails and level up after game ic makes the command
5) participants can feel free to start playing anytime after sunday, march 15, 9pm
6) no hacking is allowed
7) no cheating is allowed
8) no flaming is allowed
9) competition ends at sunday, march 22
10) only students from 08/09s72 are allowed to register as participants
11) participants should put aside study time, sleeping time and family time
12) participant whose level which reads the greatest integer at the end of the competition wins
